Bryce started his fitness journey at the age of 20 when he was significantly overweight and realized that he needed to make some transformational changes, not only was he able to lose 100 lbs in 10 months but was also able to keep it off. Bryce competes in bodybuilding and has developed a passion for fitness and is committed to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals and feel comfortable in their own skin. Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Physiology NASM Certified Personal Trainer - corrective exercise
